So today we ‘ll talk about the type 1 person diet, workout, and what he/she can do to increase weight or muscle.
So where to begin from…… let’s talk about this in full detail. What is the Best workout for an Ectomorph person?????? Ectomorph is at a disadvantage because of their thin and fragile bodies. An ectomorph can achieve their dream physique with some hard work and dedication. Ectomorph has a super-fast metabolism that burns calories almost too efficiently. This can prevent them from putting on weight easily, which creates a disadvantage for ectomorph type people. So again back to our previous question ..What is the best workout for these type of people, have a look once:
I am going to recommend the minimum amount of cardio required for general cardiovascular health. Ectomorph tends to excel in endurance-type activities, so it’s not surprising that many prefer cardio training over weight-lifting. The best you can do is Three times a week for 30 minutes is more than enough but regular.
2. WEIGHT TRAINING
To build muscle mass, increase strength and sculpt the body, a simple weight training routine using heavy weights is critical for the ectomorph. The main focus should be on using heavier weights and completing three to five sets of approximate eights to 12 reps for each muscle group. Now let us talk about some diet and metabolism also :
Ectomorph has a fast metabolism, which is more blessing and a cause. A high metabolism makes it easy to get lean, and it seems that .whatever they want they can eat and gain their weight. We can also the content whatever we are eating have the fat content more as compare to others because at this stage we want to get more fat as compared to protein. After gaining sufficient fat than we can jump over protein intake.
So, friends, I am also providing some of the additional nutritional tips for you all:
Eat every two to four hours.
Add at least 500 calorie intake in your daily food intake.
Choose warm food over cold food ( better for digestion)
Best fruit can be Banana, mangoes, pineapple, papaya, avocado, and peaches.
